Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Generate and print your prepaid UPS return shipping label directly from the portal; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your unworn items in their original Frye shoebox or packaging and securely seal them inside a shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS driver or drop it off at a UPS Access Point, then use your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
